How do I buy something?
In order to purchase an item from Vape lagoon you must be a minimum of 18 years old. You can purchase any item in the site using credit card, debit card or a PayPal account. First thing you must do is select an item you wish to purchase. From here you have two options; fast checkout with PayPal or add the item to basket if you wish to purchase more than one item. Once you are happy with the items in your basket you will be prompted to either fill up a form with your details or use a registered PayPal account which has your details stored. Last step is to Place Order and either collect from one of our stores or chose a delivery method available.
I have forgotten my password, now what?
Resetting a lost or forgotten password is simple
Click Forgot Username or Password? Then
enter your account username, click Send Reset Password link.
An email will be sent to the registered email address.
Click the link and you will be asked to enter the new password.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro and American Express.
We also accept PayPal transactions.
Why don't you ship to my country?
Vape Lagoon only cover shipping for the UK. This is to ensure that our products reach our customers fast and hold its quality and compliance to UK TPD laws. We are exploring expansion into Europe but this is not available as of yet.
How much is shipping?
Vape Lagoon offers free shipping on orders over 25 GBP. Any orders below 25 GBP will be charged at a flat fee of 3 GBP. Click and collect is free of charge.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
We aim to have all items shipped the same day as long as it’s been ordered before 3pm GMT. You can expect your delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
